Hello hello!
With great irony, I bring you a very late August/September combo issue, all on the theme of time.
I’ve measured past summers in bike rides and summer veggie crops. This one? Try work event to work event, with design project deadlines thrown in.
In an attempt to control the season’s time spiral, I did a lot of reading and thinking and drawing about time—specifically rest—all while doing a terrible job of actually taking care of myself.
I’m happy to report that this newsletter’s completion is one symptom of being back on the self-care train. (Of the take-a-hike, do-the-dishes variety, not some pedicure facemask diva trip). I hope you’re able to take some gentle time to rest with me.
Sincerely,
Tenley Schwartz

Thanks for spending some time with me this month! I’m measuring current days by vacation hours on the calendar, records played, conversations with old friends, and books enjoyed. What’s your list?
Have a restful month,
💙, Ten
